SHIPPING STANDARDS

    • All parcels will be shipped from Malaysia within 2-3 business days after payment is received. 

    • International orders will be shipped by DHL, a global logistics company. Express shipping takes 4-7 days from dispatch, depending on the country. Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs clearance.  
    •  A tracking number will be provided via email, based on the email entered at checkout.
    • “Elena RD art jewelry & accessories” is not responsible for delays caused by customs. If buyer is ordering for a special occasion, we recommend to place an order in advance.
    • Buyer must note that import VAT fees may apply in his/her country. The buyer is solely responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

    • Buyer has to double-check his/her phone number during checkout, in case if logistic company team member may need to contact him/her for delivery.

    • Buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. If a buyer discovers that the shipping address provided was incorrect, he/she must contact “Elena RD art jewelry & accessories”. If the package has not yet been shipped, the address can be updated. If the parcel has already been shipped, no refund will be issued.

    • If buyer’s package is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, he/she should follow instructions below:

            1. Check the tracking details for updates.

            2. If an order is marked as “delivered” but he/she hasn’t received it, please contact local office of the logistic company, that was used for shipping, to verify delivery details.

            3. If the package is still missing after checking with logistic company local office, feel free to reach out to “Elena RD art jewelry & accessories” via email in “Contact us” section, and we will do our best to assist as much as possible.

Please note: “Elena RD art jewelry & accessories” is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. It is highly recommended not to ship to working or business place. Consider shipping to a secure address to avoid any issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges due to hygienic reason. 

Refund will only be issued if the jewelry was damaged during shipping.

If a jewelry arrives damaged:

The buyer must contact “Elena RD art jewelry & accessories” within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos. The refund procedure will then be discussed and may vary depending on the payment method.
